BIDDING: If you bid on an item and you get the response RESERVE NOT MET you can continue to increase your bid by simply clicking on the bid button until you reach the reserve. Once you see the message RESERVE MET you can stop bidding knowing that you will have won the item unless you are outbid by someone else. When this happens you will be automatically sent an email. In the closing minutes of the auction you should monitor the sale online as an email notification is unlikely to reach you in time. VIEWING: If you live in Whanganui or are travelling through, viewing of any items with a start price of $60 or more can be arranged by prior appointment. Ideally, we require at least one day’s notice so that the item(s) can be retrieved from stock. DELIVERY: Finally, a word on delivery for those who are new to our site. If you are not able to collect your purchases we offer an inhouse packing/courier service on most small to medium sized artworks. Large or valuable works will need collection or professional packing. Call for details. We can also deliver to a number of North Island towns at attractive rates without the need for special packing. So long as you are able to collect from me in Central Auckland (Ponsonby Road, early afternoon) I can bring your purchases with me to Auckland on my next trip (early August) and to Hutt Valley/Wellington, again early August. We can also deliver to Taranaki / Manawatu and Hawkes Bay if warranted. Prices for this service are invariably cheaper than courier. I wish you successful bidding. Best regards, Henry Newrick Director
