From: Dumont d'Urville. Voyage de la Corvette l'Astrolabe, 1826-1827-1828-1829. Paris: 1833. Atlas volume 1, plate 41. Hand coloured lithograph showing in the left, two feather-cloaked figures in the foreground, with another group of four in the background. The right hand scene shows a group of four male figures, one of whom carries a child on his back. Their clothing varies from cloaks to short skirt. Very light foxing. Images unaffected. Carries Embossing 'Voyage de l'Astrolabe'.
