Painting acquired many years ago by vendor's late husband at auction in Sydney. Vendor's husband subsequently told by Pro Hart that it was one of his early paintings and that it had hung in the Sydney Opera House for a number of years before being sold at auction. This large work is sandwiched between two heavy acrylic sheets.
